Why we started Insubees

We started Insubees with a simple mission: to make insurance awareness accessible while empowering insurance professionals with modern digital tools. We bridge the gap between customers and advisors, through technology, educational resources, creative marketing tools and automation, so advisors can build trust and productivity, and families and businesses get insurance that's simpler and more transparent.

The person behind Insubees
Silambarasan R
Silambarasan brings over 12 years in insurance, including his early years at ICICI Lombard and several broking firms, and is a certified IRDAI advisor. For the past four years he has led Insubees, working between Hosur and Bengaluru.
He's backed by a team of 8+ IRDAI-certified advisors with deep, hands-on knowledge of insurance.
How Insubees makes money
We're an IRDAI registered insurance agent. When you buy a policy on our advice, the insurer pays us a standard commission that's built into the premium, the same whether you pick Plan A or Plan B.
That one fact shapes everything: because our pay doesn't change with your choice, we have no reason to push the costliest plan. Our advice stays free for you, and our incentive is simply to get you the right cover so you stay with us for years.
